A help desk analyst is needed to provide end user support, testing, training, via phone, e-mail, or onsite at client location.
Software support and training experience preferred. Basic knowledge of pharmacy business processes a plus. Qualifications also
include familiarity with common application programs (i.e. MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe, Outlook and IE); sound communication and
presentation skills; ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to travel required. Details
