Missing/Invalid Cardholder ID


Answer:

1. Open the Quick Add Patient screen and go the Insurance tab:

2. Highlight the appropriate insurance plan and click Open. You can also just double click on the insurance name.

3. From here you can update the cardholder, group, etc. for the patient and click Save and Close
